I hung a set yesterday at noon and killed this buck at 10am this morning. I dropped the girls off at school and got in the tree at 8:15. I had a nice young 9 point cross the creek while I was getting set up. Shortly after I rattled in a big mature 6 point but he didn't offer a shot. I sat till about 9:30 and rattled again, a young 4 point came and did what I'd hoped they would. At 10am I saw legs and then tines. The buck crossed the creek and walked under my stand offering me an 8 yard shot slightly quartering away. I put the Zwickey through both lungs and he went less than 70 yards. Bow was my Bob Lee Ultimate 64# @28". Man do I love bowhunting! Good luck to you all and God Bless.
