Agressive or not compared to the deer we've seen you regularly post I'd say he doesn't stand up to the requirements. At 4+ there's nothing about him that stands out enough to say "keep me I may turn into a hoss next year": short beams and tines and those 4s aren't impressive at all. As many deer as you see noone has to tell you that you should compare him to your other mature deer.

If I was a betting man I might say that he's already hangin in a cooler.

He looks older than 4.5 to me, more like a health 6.5 with an attitude. I sy, he is past his prime or potential for prime and needs to be a management buck for someone. Too risky, letting him injure a deer with greater potential.
Ground check him at the next opportunity.

You're asking ME? heh heh. Something tells me I would have already shot him and been asking about the next one - or the next.

x2 - get rid of him and maybe another (bigger racked) buck will replace him as the dominate deer. I would guess that he will keep some other bucks away from the area or feeder if he stays around. I would take him

Show the poor guy some Love....

I've seen deer behave like that and whup more mature, bigger bodied bucks early in the season

but...once the rut kicks in, they get their *** kicked.

So, I don't think he'll end up hurting anything...having said that, though, I'm not impressed with his antler traits....I'd give the green light to whack him
