Yes he is, but not sure if he is taking in any new work and his turn around time is well beyond what most are willing to wait.

Karl Brosig of Brosig's Taxidermy in Midland. I can send you pics of a lion, 2 or 3 leapords and a mountain lion he had in his showroom when I chose him to do my lioness. Safari Studios in San Angelo is also awesome on cats. Here is my lioness form Karl.

The lion mount was a hide that had been laying around for 15 years and given to Karl and he mounted it.

I love the mount on my lioness, some may not, but I am happy and has a lot to see when you are standing in front of it, not looking at a picture.

Look at Philip Soucy (Catman). Think he's out of Montana

philp has done me one and it was expensive but the cat looks alive and yes he is in montana, check out his website and look at the work he does not only on bobcats but mountain lions

Best I have seen by light years. I have never meet him or had a cat done. But by his pictures he is by far the best.

Mark is a good guy and easy to get in contact with! He does tons of mounts, so the wait is a little long but totally worth it!
