What an end to a great season!

This buck called diamond head was one tough, elusive son of a gun. Hard to pattern, whippin bucks much bigger than him left and right, and just plain mean.

Saturday evening he finally slipped up and gave me the shot I was lookin for. A well placed Muzzy MX3 sealed the deal and he fell within 30 yards.

Although he's not my highest scoring buck, this hunt was my favorite by far.
