Chicken cabobs

    Chicken cabobs

    2.5 pounds of chicken
    2 squash
    2 zucchini
    2 red onion
    Pint of cherry tomatoes
    2 red peppers
    2 yellow peppers

    Marinate chicken for 30 min to an hour.

    Marintate in =
    Honey mustard
    Balsamic vinegar
    Little bit of canola oil
    Honey
    Basil

    Just make it to your taste.

    Slide em on the sticks after you Soak the sticks in water for an hour so they won't burn.

        Used charcoal and just flipped them every 2-3 minutes until crisp.

            Almost exactly how I make them. Marinade is just a touch different. These are so much better than the beef kabobs IMO
