Springfield XDS 9mm thoughts.

Looking to buy my first pistol, and came across this gun. Felt good, and is something the wife could handle too. Anyone have any experience or opinions on it?

I like mine. I was going to buy one when they first came out, but glad I waited until the 4" barrel version came out, which I liked even better.

It's solid. A good choice. I also prefer the 4.0, but my wife carries the 3.3. No problems experienced yet.

Not a pistol guy, but loved my xd 40 so I stayed with Springfield and bought the xds 9.
It shoots and handles well. It has performed flawlessly in the few rounds I have fired.
However, the trigger was unsatisfactory and I paid a group to install the parts I ordered. Better, but not perfect.
Truthfully, I would rather have a glock 43 or even a shield.

Springfield XDS 9mm thoughts.

I carry a XDS 9 4.0 and my wife carries a XDS 9 3.3

I absolutely love Springfield products. We each have an XDM next to our bed as well.

You can't go wrong with one. I have S&W, Berreta, and Glocks as well, but still prefer the springfields for semi pistols

This is my go to as well. Great gun Very accurate for a compact pistol, if shooter does his/her part. I couldn't be happier with mine.

I dont have that one but have the XD 40 and love it. Ive shot the XDS though. Great pistols.
