Had one of the best bow hunts I've very had, minus killing a shooter.
I honestly lost count of the deer I saw this evening.
At one time I had 10 deer under me. Only thing missing was the Trashy 8.

Clark had another great hunt. A hot doe brought Swoop in to 40 yards from the creek bottom but he didn't have a shot.

I'm sad to say that today was his last hunt. He will be heading home in the morning. I'll be here till Thursday.

Evening hunts are definitely hot right now.

I'll be back at it tomorrow all day again.

Hang in there with me. It ain't over yet.

Im in a tree.
Made a slight change up this morning and hit some public land.
Morning hunts have been slow on our property and I needed a change of scenery.
I'm in the same tree I had the big 10 come under me at dark when I was here in October.

I'm sitting in a funnel with a creek behind me and a big cut Milo field to my South.

I like this spot.

Just had a big shooter cross the Milo field @ 200 yards.
He didn't pay any mind to rattling or grunting.
Shortly after he crossed a doe crossed in the same spot.
It's a beautiful morning. Sun is starting to come over the tree tops.
I'm gonna sit here till 10:00 and head to our property for the rest of the day.
Cell cams showed Swoop and High & Tight working scrapes last night. Hope to catch one of them slipping.
