While those are both great heads and I use them regularly, my #1 is the Ulmer Edge. I used an Ulmer on this buck.

Unfortunately, they don't make them anymore, but I should be good for sometime as I bought close to 20-25 packages.

The way I look at it now, only certain animals are "Ulmer Worthy"!!!!!!
