      I'm not going to say the last part is incorrect but I've had vehicles inspected with no problem when their registered in counties on the other side of texas. Maybe the places never caught it but never was an issue.

        Yup. This has been in the works for a long time but they have been ironing out the details. Sure would make inspections a lot faster! I hate scraping those stickers off anyways, they make a mess!
