20.34 inches here in New Territory, Sugar Land as of this morning according to a neighborhood weatherbug. And it hasnt stopped raining all morning. Ugh.

My rain guage overflows at 5". I've dumped it twice and had about 4" in it this morning. I'm estimating 15-17" in the Katy/Fulshear area.
