None for me, but I work 14 days on/14 days off so it makes up for it. We miss a lot at home too this way, but that's the oilfield life.

10 hours every 30 days so adds up to about 3 weeks for the year. I also get to work a 9/80 schedule so I get every other Friday off. Also the company shuts down for the week of Christmas. Also have personal business time that is basically comp time, but it is going away next year...

So in total I have:
3 weeks vacation
26 Fridays off
12 Holiday days

Zero paid leave. I don’t work, I don’t Get paid. Get New Years, Christmas, thanksgiving, Labor Day, July 4th off. Unless I’m on call.

get 2 weeks a year, in a year and a half I will max out at 3 weeks. When I take over I will not be coming into the office...

3 weeks but I get to make my own schedule. I have tons of flexibility. I made it home from the lease around 4 and met clients at 6pm.
