Hogs are a lot smarter than some of you give them credit for. I would be fine with a bounty simply because of the extra money it would earn me...LOL.

The bounty is nice....up to over $1300 this year

Yes they are smart. Best to load them out and not shoot them in trap

Many places and areas don't feed and animals thrive. Animals are part of nature, which has survived long before humans started feeding corn and protein
Dumbest thing I've read saying If you stop feeding deer will die.

Let me correct myself I think I contradicted myself.

My statement is: If we all stop feeding corn/protein NO animals would die as result

Maybe you guys could trap them and take them to my place.
Be careful what you wish for! All of our places are covered in hogs right now. It is a nightmare. They moved in to my parents place recently. 30 years with no hogs and now everywhere. You are welcome to come catch them.

I feed year round and don't have pigs anywhere around, wish there were a few to shoot during off season.

I have. No corn in any of my feeders once they run out at end of season. The deer don't need it and I don't need the hogs. Went to Trinity Co. last weekend to plant, my buddy killed three Friday night at a feeder that had corn. I sat at my food plot until 1:00 am, no hogs, which is what I wanted. I won't corn up until the middle of September.

You're just not in the right place. Life's not fair, you got none, I've got too many !

This trapping system looks like a great solution. A bit pricey, but dang is it effective.
