Update on Ruger pup. Charcoal Lab. 47 lbs now @ 5 months old.
Trying to work with him as a gun dog, but July 4th really spooked him good with the fireworks. Not giving up yet.

My female freaked-our with shotgun her first season at 6 months- she took off and ran back to the truck and hid under it. Best advise I got was to not hunt her and bring her to the sporting clays range at a year old and reintroduce to gunfire slowly. It worked out fine.

Beaux... turned 3 this year. Had to put the old yellow one down earlier this summer. He was 12.

My Anna is almost 2 (20 months). Currently at 95 lbs and shows more intelligence at her young age then most non-labs ever show. I plan on making the most of the next 10 years. She is a good one. I think she is a good looking girl to boot!
