Is there meat under there somewhere? Or is that just a piece of driftwood.... No matter, I bet when it's done in the smoker, it'll be lip-lickin' good!
Dang. Rubbed my brisket and pork loin with Bite my Butt rub from Wenzels in Hamilton. Will put them on the smoker with apple wood in an hour.

Sounds good. Im using my UDS. Holding at 250. Using hickory and mesquite mixed. Will check it about midnight and put my thermometer in it. Gonna get it to 205ish.
