Turkey Hunt...with the wife

My wife is getting into bow hunting. We were suppose to go to a nice lodge in Wimberley for a turkey hunt but the plans fell through. She is pretty let down as she has been preparing for the trip. Can anyone recommend a nice lodge where I can take her for a turkey hunt? For boys trips staying in places with mice in the beds is par for the course. However, with the wife that bird won't hunt.

Our only open window is April 9-11.

It was a private high fense ranch the outfitter was running hunts out of. He disappeared before naming the place, just gave me a location.
