          I could do that as long as I didn't care about getting all of he meat, tainting the meat with gut contents, and leaving with only 7 fingers...and even then I would need WAY longer to get it done.

                Wow, impressive.

                Not saying he's not fast, he definitely is. But the video starts with one of the most difficult parts already done. Getting started on the back legs. I'm sure he's still fast at that part, but it probably would have put him over 2 minutes.
