Nope. Deer that young will be around 14 inches at the ears. He's a few inches inside that.

nope, he's 11.5 and 2.5 yrs old max - not worth even taking a chance - I agree, if neighbor shoots it, remind him there are laws now and it's for the better.

It would be a close call... and I cant see if its missing a brow tine or not.. but I would not shoot a baby deer anyway..

I would not shoot either deer in a AR county. Pretty sure they are not wide enough. Let em walk and hope the neighbors are smart enough to let them walk too
