                Glad to be back at it, but couldn't do it today. Dadgum leg cramps hit me at about 2 AM. The kind that make you jump out of bed to ease them. But its kinda hard to jump outta bed with this hip! I couldn't hardly even stand straight up to work them out. The pain was horrible.

                I'm chugging a couple electrolyte drinks today and getting back on the bananas.

                Getting old really sucks.

                        Chest and biceps today. 5 minutes on the treadmill without my cane felt pretty good.

                        3 sets of light to moderate weight and 12-15 reps each set. Supersets

                        Flat bench/drag curls
                        Seated wide grip chest press (bilateral movement)/preacher curl
                        Incline chest press (bilateral movement)/hammer curl

                        Getting my energy level back is going slower than I thought.

                        I'll miss tomorrow, but hit it again Saturday.

                                Made it in and tore it up today. Chest and back then bi’s and tri’s. Three worm up sets then three working sets. Supersets 3x10

                                Flat bench/lat pulldown
                                Seated wide grip press/bodyweight ring pull-ups
                                Inverted grip bench press/low row
                                V-bar pull-ups

                                Barbell curl/body weight dips
                                Hammer curl/overhead cable extension
                                Incline dumbbell curl/tricep extension pronated and supinated
                                Overhead cable curls

                                I need a nap.
