Pretty much just have to get lucky or be friends with the liquor store owner. They get one shipment a year, for my guy that was 1 case each of fifths, liters and handles. I lucked out and came in the day it arrived, bought the case of handles and a couple of liters as well.

Well, I lucked out...popped into a liquor store I never visit and the guy had some hidden behind the counter. Would only sell me one handle, so I made my wife go in there the next day and beg him for another
