I don't mind talking about what unit I was in in or where the bulls were or any advice I can give, I'd just rather do it over a PM or phone call. So if you're really curious just PM me. I could really care less cause I'm in a well known trophy unit so it's not really a secret, but the people I hunted with might. One especially cause he's a local and took us to some of his lesser known spots..

Original plans were to leave for N.M. on the 6th. That didn't work out with 48' of rain. I had the house dry with 2 feet of sheet rock and insulation removed in two and a half days. Thought I could leave today, but when the first restaurant opened, I bought the wife a pizza and I got a hot sandwich. She is ok but I got food poisoning. After 3 days with no food I had lunch today. I hope to pack tomorrow and leave early Tuesday for the season opener on the 15th. If I get there the first elk I see is going to the processor
