Wasnt a case on whether or not Kyle KTFO'ed Ventura in a bar, it was a case whether or not Ventura was monetarily harmed by the comments Kyle attributed to Ventura, causing Kyle to KTFO him.

Was going for 5-15 million...got 1.8 after Jurors were dead locked and not unanimous - both sides agreed the verdict could be majority.
