barndominium build in Oklahoma?

Getting ready to close on some property in Eufaula Oklahoma. Ive been kicking around the idea of a barndominium. Nothing crazy maybe 40x60 keeping it 20x45 livable then the rest open overhang type deal.

Any of you guys done something like this, keeping it on the affordable side. Its just a visit a few times a year type of place. Any dues or don't?

Wife and I are seriously looking at building one around Cordell on some farmland. There's a local builder who has done several, plus a Morton office 15 miles away. I'm all ears too!

Look at this guy. We had him do our concrete only. Already had a builder lined up but he does it all. We have the metal going up now but the weather has slowed us down. 40x85 20 x 40 being a shop.
