Mine stops working for small periods of time too, hate to hear it could be months to get a new one.

Not sure, but I do know you can't triple stamp a double stamp.

Don't really "need" to. With a few other tools you can side load just about anything android based, Kodi, SetTv etc.

Our Roku is way faster and more user friendly than our Firestick

My Pops has Roku and it just crapped out on him. He says customer service is non-existent. Not to mention, I don't think you can put the Kodi app on Roku.

I have both. For just doing Netflix or Hulu or HBO GO etc... they are equally great. The thing I like about the Roku over the Firestick is it let's you put Vudu on it. I have a huge movie collection on Vudu a.k.a. Wal-Mart. That would be the only thing I like the Roku better for though. The firestick wins in every other department. I just like the interface and functionality better. Plus it is very easy to get Kodi up and running on a firestick. I hope one day Amazon will let us put Vudu on it but that is unlikely since it is Amazon vs Wal-Mart. If they did I would get rid of my Roku. I did load Vudu on my firestick from the "hacks" I found on the internet but it is not functional. It opens but you can't navigate inside of it. Ugh! 99% of the people will not care about not being able to access Vudu though so I'd tell you to get the firestick.

                    Hit a snag, maybe.
The TV at the trailer is not Wi-Fi capable.
Is the fire stick it's self.
Can a add something to make TV Wi-Fi. TV does have HDMI PORTS

Yes, the stick is what connects to the wifi, not the TV. We have fire stick & roku on old non-smart tvs with no problem, as long as you have wifi available.

I love our jail broke firestick! I have been able to watch any movie I wanted, even the ones in theaters with no problems.
