If I go into that dealer and they tell me it is even window sticker and nothing off, I am going to laugh and walk, saying they are going to add to the window sticker is insane.
My dealer accepted all available incentives GM had...I got a discount because a friend gave me a GM supplier / employee discount code that was transferable & also another discount because I own another GM product. Hell, I have already gotten two offers to buy over what I paid!!
If you really want this truck, you can find one if you look hard for sticker...my point is sticker in this case is very fair & actually have a truck that you could possible turn / make a profit on. You have too think outside the traditional box on buying these typed of vehicles.

I only know a few Raptor owners, and none of them fit your "profile".

Ford still has this as an allocated vehicle, but there is no production limit. "
Guess the guys over at F150forum were wrong.
Autonation Katy has a few on their lot, doesn't seem like they're moving like the originals.
They're bad wrong! The truck from the ground up is an entirely different vehicle with similar front and rear ends. It's body is 6" wider for goodness sake.
This is one of the only American vehicles that could actually be an investment if taken care of. Like a vet. It WILL be sought after in 30 years by folks
