    Pulled venison shoulder tacos

    Sorry I didn't get any decent pics, was too busy eating. I've eaten a lot of venison in my life but this was definitely one of the best feeds I've ever had.

    Slow cooked the yearling red deer shoulder for 4 hours until it could be shredded with forks. Then transferred shredded meat with some of the juice to a pan, added taco seasoning and reduced the liquid till sticky and bam, delicious tacos.

      That looks great! I've never served our carnitas on a crispy shell. I like that idea, though!
