Hornady Now producing 28 Nosler Ammo

I know a few individuals have been looking for 28 Nosler Ammo. Hornady is now offering it in the ELD-X.

And although they are out of stock the midway page says they will only be $52 a box. That's cheaper than Nosler brass alone.

I could have swore the other day midway had a promo code for free shipping on orders over $50. I don't see it now. Did it expire or am I crazy?
