Atta boy! I slipped in where Fiddy has been hanging out. Saw 13 bucks and two does. the group of ten Fiddy has been with a couple weeks rolled in about 430. No Fiddy. There were five shooters in the group. I watched them until 530 and then blasted Lowbeam. Pics later.

Once they bachelor up, just need weather like tomorrow to get them hungry. He will come in with the other bucks. best hunt for me was during a light snow/sleet..17 bucks strolled in that evening.

Stayed half a day and he was a no show. He came in at 2:30 early this morning. They are starting to group up here first time i have seen him with other bucks.

Tomorrow is my last day to get him and the weather looks nasty.

I’m not gonna hunt him this evening. He never shows up. I’m headed across the road to try and fill my last doe tag.

Had a pair of spikes get within 5 yrds of me today. They finally hauled butt. There was a pair of doe on a old corn pile i had in the woods near me i couldn’t see to get a shot on. Looks like I’ll be eating my last doe tag.

I sure hope this snow puts 13 on his feet when the sun comes up. Or any of my other mature bucks. Takin it down to the wire.

They fed in the snow for several hours last night. He came in twice. They have the snow raked off the corn. Tracks all in the snow. If he doesn’t show I’m gonna stalk him i guess.
