So why would you want to go there.
Once there, why would you do something as silly as steal?

It has been said before any American that gets "lost" while on a "hike" and ends up in North Korea is a spy.

Who in their right mind would go on a hike in this area that's filled with land mines and the potential to be captured by North Koreans?

It was reported briefly that someone offered him $10,000 for the political banner. Could be a false report but it was out there very briefly.
