I'm heading to Ellinger early this morning to meet up with a group of fellas with funny last names (Stolle, Baca, Vinklarek, Hafernick) to grind, stuff, smoke and dry several hundred pounds of venison (and pork)) sausage.

There may also be some beer consumed.
