If it is wool I would just hang it for a few days.

Sprinkle and rub baking soda into the fabric and then enclose it in a scent free garbage bag for a couple of days. The baking soda should remove the scent.

To avoid step 1- Don't wear your hunting clothes or shoes in an eating establishment, etc. that would contaminate your hunting clothes/shoes with unwanted scent.

Spray it down with vanilla or put maple syrup on it. Deer love both

Ozone generator in a plastic tote for about an hour should do the trick.

This ones only $50 and have heard it works well. OZONE MACHINE

Not to hijack but what have you all used with good results to remove set in odor in a fabric recliner?

I would bet a scent crusher or ozonics with a tarp draped over it would do the trick. I’m always blown away at what my scent crusher stuff will get rid of. My dad plastered a skunk Monday. His truck was ROUGH... 30 minutes with scent crusher, like it never happened

Someone gave me a recliner once back when I had nothing and it smelled like smoke. I tried everything then someone told me to set it out in the sun a few days. I put it out on my patio for a few days during a hot summer and that thing never smelled like smoke again.

Cold water wash with scent free soap and hang it outside to dry.
I wash all my KOM wool the same way, no issues.
                            Ozone would work well too.
