My dad had his about 2 years ago. He went from 360lbs to maintaining around 185lbs to date. He has a ton more energy and eats like a tiny bird. Heck somedays he gets around the lease better than I do.

a girl that works for my dad had it done about 3 years ago. she's literally 1/2 the woman she used to be. started at 340. she's 160 now. STICK TO THE MEAL PLAN.

Good luck I was 375 10 years ago and had the band. I had issues off and on with the band and last year I was converted to the gastric sleeve. I wish they had the sleeve 10 years ago. I am now at 205 and still loosing slowly. Prayers for a smooth transition.
