    What's the difference between

The picture icon and the paperclip attachment icon when uploading a photo?

Picture icon is for using image code to link to a pic on the internet or hosted on a server.

Paperclip is to attach photos stored on your hard drive.

This is an example of image code. I altered it so it wouldnt post the pic. When you click the pic icon it will pop-up a window. Paste the link to your photo inside the line and hit ok. it will automatically format the image code like I have below.

It will work like this if you do it correctly.

But the Tapatalk app on a phone ir tablet is much easier.

So if I wanted to share a panarama I took with my phone the paperclip is a better way to do so?

A panoramic and most other pictures are too large to upload through the paperclip icon. If you look closely on your computer you will see the size restrictions. The best way to host a large picture is to get it posted somewhere and then use the photo icon with the image code
