Looks like a ling cod. Where was it caught?

Doesn’t look like the ling cod I caught in Alaska...maybe there are different variations of ling cod. Whatever it is, it looks like it was brought up from deep water the way it’s eyes are bulging out

Based off the pic, I assume it was found dead, floating close to shore......

Looks kinda like a fourfinger threadfin crossed with a cod. Weird looking
