She had a pretty successful sitcom on TV so this is probably just another attempt to be relevant or funny on the tube. They are cornbally but she is country cornbally. I don't feel sorry for her as I'm sure they are paying her well.

With all the different celebrities that have done this particular character I’d be willing to bet they are lining up to do it. It probably goes something like this…”Did you hear who did the latest KFC commercial? If she’s doing it I want to do it too”.

Something about her just creeps me out. It's like with a minor makeup modification, she could be a circus clown or the Joker. I know a lot of folks find her attractive, but that KFC ad is just plain weird.
