90% of the people on this site, myself included sometimes, can't tell the difference between a 3y/o and a 7 y/o on the hoof, a nubbin and a doe at 30yds, a 175# pig and a 350# pig and misjudge a 150" buck to be 245", etc, etc.....now you want them deciphering ****?

There was a place that had penned up deer. And we seen all of them poop. Bucks, does ,fawns. And some of each sex and age group will poop pellets and some will have pellets stuck together. I believe it is there diet that determines the shape and consistency of there dropping. Fawn dropping of course are smaller in size but sometimes clumps, sometimes balls. And all will poop standing still and while walking.

Buck droppings are "crunchier" than doe droppings when you chew them and have more of a leather/tobacco aftertaste.
