But with skeleton crew i can’t use it. Up to 450 hours now.

None, I'm self employed. I can take off as much as I want if I don't mind not having enough money at the end of the month to pay my bills. No paid days off, no holidays, oh and not had a raise in 34 years. Yep, working for yourself is great!

3 weeks from my day job but my wife and I also have a small side business which means a lot of times I have to take vacation days from my day job to catch up on work for my business

I teach. The pay sucks, but I get 10 weeks of summer, a week for thanksgiving, a week for spring break, two weeks at Christmas, 10 sick days, and a few days for other holidays like Easter, Memorial Day, etc. kinda hard to beat the schedule.
