Praying for you! Cancer is a terrible disease! They have been making great strides recently in this field with medications. What are you having infused?

Opdivo. We go in wed. next week for infusion. Will discuss continuation with the oncologist. This stuff is super expensive. I was going every 2 weeks for a year, then protocol went to every 4 weeks and double the amount infused. I was quoted $15K per treatment when it was every 2 weeks. Filled out some paperwork, and the mfg. is paying for my treatment. The difference is it takes a little longer to get to max out of pocket $$$$.
I gripe about the insurance co. but I would be screwed without them. Probably be dead by now if I didn't have it.

On the upside, I have absolutely no side effects from Opdivo.
