    Just to be honest I would not upgrade the motor. Once you convert it to 48 volts you won't need to.

          Really, I was worried about burning the stock motor up with the additional juice....but I'm ok with not spending 6-800 on a motor upgrade! And I'm not using it in real rough terrain.

              You will not hurt anything running the stock motor on 48 volts. 36 volt cart motors LOVE 48 volts.

                          removeable high rack rear seat
                          multiple gun/bow racks
                          23" tires
                          I have been working on it and modifying since I got it in 2006. Only thing stock is the roof, frame and body.

                            Kactus Killer, I like the back seat high rack. Was that something you built yourself or is that something I can find as addon somewhere?

                              I made all the racks including the roof frame work. Only thing store bought is the top rack. The cushions on the back seat are from a other cart.
