Thanks for all the motivation. I'm setting my next goal pretty high. I want to try to grow 8 inches in height before I turn 50. Thats about a year away and that will put me at about 6'2". I figure I might a well dream big seeing how my first goal seem just as far fetch at one time.

My A1C was 14.5 before my surgery, 2 weeks ago it was 5.3 with no medication. Blood pressure was normal with no medication.
