My A1C was 14.5 before my surgery, 2 weeks ago it was 5.3 with no medication. Blood pressure was normal with no medication.

Happy day!!!! Took me 10 months and 6 days to get here. The last time I was 250ish was 25 years ago. About 60 to 70 more to go and I'll be at my fighting weight.

Thanks for all the motivation. I'm setting my next goal pretty high. I want to try to grow 8 inches in height before I turn 50. Thats about a year away and that will put me at about 6'2". I figure I might a well dream big seeing how my first goal seem just as far fetch at one time.
