      Clean pulls with shrugs on last set
      DB lateral raises
      Face Pulls
      Conventional Dead lift

        Lunge rotation hip press SS DB side lunges.
        Skater hops SS split squat jumps.

              Lat pull downs/single arm push downs
              Rope pull overs/overhead extensions

                Tony Horton (P90X) likes those dive bombers and Jeff Cavalier (Athlean X) likes the Spiderman ones. They're both a good variation of the push-up.
                Since I did Mañuel labor on my off days, Saturday and Sunday, I took off Tuesday and yesterday, cardio days.
                Back to it today.
                DB curl and press SS DB standing rows to kickbacks.
                Pull-ups SS diamond cutter push-ups.
                3 way DB lunges.
                Tubing face pulls and tubing pull aparts.

                  Still knocking it out everyday during the week

                  Weekends have been a lost the last 3-4 of them with traveling and driving back and forth from Houston

                        Yesterday was 108 degrees. Today it is 106. I have sat outside under the tree drinking Dos XX and throwing the ball for my pups.

                        I know I have burned at least 1800 calories

                          Snuck in a good chest session plus squats and leg extensions with a half mile jog

                          Arms tomorrow along with abs

                            Ha ha. I just woke up from a rare afternoon nap. No scheduled workout today and too hot for redneck workouts this afternoon. We can get a frosty drink somewhere, if you're still in the area.
