I was thinking the same thing...first cool front of the year = CHILI TIME
I mean..chili, cornbread, beer, football....does it really get any better

I don't, but we usually use pretty lean chili grind.
the fat will get soaked up by everything else that gets added in (it's just more flavor anyway....I mean...healthy chili...pssshhhh)
