There was a good Q&A with the panel ranging from “should spikes be killed?” to “should we provide supplemental feeding?”.
    Interesting presentations and discussions.
What did they say about spikes and feeding?
    No breeder bashing??????????

Their take is bucks should be selected based on age. Supplemental feeding is ok as long as it is not used to increase the carrying capacity of the land. There was no breeder bashing.

Maybe they tailor the message to the audience. I see definite signs that they are against supplemental feeding in reading the articles. It's subtle, but it's there. Makes no difference to me, as I'm no longer a member. I quit when they ditched the forum.
