I am dealing with melanoma (stage 3C), only I didn't catch mine in time and it has spread to some lymph nodes. I have had 3 removed already and go back under the knife next Thursday. I also have to do immunotherapy twice a month for a year. I am not going to post any pics but my left leg is pretty jacked up with scars. One is about 14" long down my inner thigh and two other incisions up by my groin. I am having problems with a seroma that developed in the area of the lymph node removal.

I was one that used to think "it's just skin cancer" then I learned it's not all created equally. Melanoma can be serious stuff.
I was also wrong, thought I was a tough shrimper and crabber, also dealing with places of concern on my ears and nose.
I’ll find out Monday if they got it all, go back in two weeks for a total exam

The spot on the side of my nose was big enough they had to split between my eyes to get some extra skin to stitch it up.

Thanks for the reminder. I’m bad about not wearing it.
