contact the Arizona US Dept of Justice office and find the right legal counsel/advisor who will listen to your story. Perhaps contact someone in the Tuscon office for Victim Witness Services.. https://www.justice.gov/usao-az/prog...tness-services
contact the Atty General's office to ask for advice or perhaps a referral to someone who may be able to take your case

read this link from the AZ AG on obvious fraud complaints .. http://www.azcentral.com/story/money...igns/98805256/
I'd try to find the most Badazz atty who wants to hammer this dude in court, and the Judge/jury will find him guilty and throw the book at him. I have a suspicion this Antonio Banderas dude has done this before

I didn't realize that he had already gradumacated from law school . One would have thought he would have offered some educated advice to the OP . He came out gunning for me though like he has a burr under his saddle.

Maybe I read it wrong but it sounds to me that,
That truck was stolen,
Mr Jones filed with his insurance company like anyone would do after a theft,
Said criminal was pulled over and truck showed up as stolen,
Since title was in truck(very bad decision) the perp stated the truck was sold to him and stolen to get out of the arrest and jail time,
To further try to avoid jail and maybe get some $ he had a "legal representitive" file this suit,
Now it's his word against yours that you sold him the truck since he has a title,
Burden of proof is on you to prove you were never in Mexico and did not sell him the truck and in turn filed a false police report and insurance claim.
I wouldn't ignore it, you could be looking at false police report and ins fraud. Not that it would stick but I would start working on providing proof.
No laywer but I have stayed at holiday inns many times!
Good luck and I hope it works out for you.
