I’ve been hearing good reports. My Lt’s son caught an 8lber out of Conroe about 2 weeks ago.

That same kid has several double digit fish out of Conroe. I’ve seen pictures of him wish some giants. They are there, just hard to find.

I’ve never paid $20 for a boat launch at stowaway that I know of. I think it’s $10. If they’ve increased to $20, I’m out. I think I’ll call in the a.m. to confirm the launch cost.

There are some toads in there and great bass fishing. My son's buddy caught these a couple weeks ago. 4 fish right at 25 lbs.
