I got it mostly made and did not have any taco seasoning.. Had to use a little Blaze chili mix.

second batch, stuff is great. I use deer burger and pan sausage and double up on the ranch mix. Making tonight for tomorrow

Taco soup in progress as I type this. It smells amazing but I forgot the cilantro so another trip to the store is in order.

This will now be a regular thing in my house. Absolutely delicious, adding cilantro is the only way to go.

So I want to try this, but my little one has food allergies. The ranch beans are out because of soy. Any idea if I could substitute all pintos and not jack it up too bad.
