What to do with an uneaten turnip plot?

    I planted them twice. That was enough for me, even the hogs ignored them when I pulled some and piled them up. They are good to loosen up tight soil, but I won't plant them just for that. My suggestion would be to spread your lime and disc it in. Turnips will make organic matter.

      My deer or pigs did NOT touch them! I won't plant them again.

      I shredded mine.

      But seeding into it and shredding is a good idea. Helps build thatch too
