Oh man, my daughter will be 35 come October. I remember when she was about due, she was supposed to be a "he", and on that morning, when she popped out and the doc said, "you've got a beautiful baby girl." I spontaneously said, "Put her back and let her bake some more!" I thought my wife was going to kill me. We didn't even have any girl names picked out. We were told it was a "boy"... I was disappointed for about 30 seconds! Our daughter has been a true blessing to us and remains so today. She's given us two wonderful grandSONS, so her being a girl turned into to boys for us!!

A daughter is the most awesome miraculous give God can give a man. I can tell you to this day, my daughter STILL has me wrapped around her finger, though she's got a very fine husband that I love like a son. She still has that special place in my heart as "my little girl"...

Congratulations to both you families out there! Soak in every possible moment! They'll be grown before you know it!
