Here's one of mine. Its a 700 sps varmint 22-250 with a Leopold vx3 4.5-14x40. It has a 26" heavy barrel. I also have a 700 adl 7 mag I'll try to get a pic of tomorrow.

This my Remington 78 sportsman. Its a 700 action on a birch stock.Its nothing special,but you can see the wear marks on the stock, we've walked a lot of miles together. I do believe I have taken more critters with that one rifle, than all my others combined.

This is a good group from a bench without a vice, about 85 yrds.

My favorite ammo. A speer 70 gr round nose bullet with IMR 4895 at 2850fps.
The 70gr bullet is short enough to work in my 1-12" twist.

Here's a Rem 700 BDL in a 260 that I had made from a friends old blown up 308. It has a 24" McGowen barrel 1-9 twist. The stock was cracked in the forearm area and the guy repaired that and put a rosewood tip. Trigger is set at 2.6#. These are pictures from right after I'd gotten it back from the gunsmith. It's topped with a Leupold VX-III 3.5X10X50mm. It's not the tack driver thatI'd hoped for, but it'll shoot about 3/4" groups. I shot a deer with it last weekend at 275yrds.
